Area Sales Manager /  Business Development Manager London/South East £25k basic + car allowance + mobile + laptop + bonus + OTE £40k+

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team to develop the London/South East Territory for our cosmeceutical brands mesoestetic and Janssen, prestigious brands that already have a strong presence in the UK market.  This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join us in promoting this highly effective and well regarded skincare brands.

I am sorry, but we can only accept applications from candidates who already have field sales experience and can potentially bring client leads with them. Those who don't have this experience will not be reviewed for consideration.

You need to be located in an area that is accessible to London and be prepared to spend time away from home whilst travelling to see customers.   You should be an enthusiastic, persistent individual and possess the drive and determination to achieve and exceed your targets whilst maintaining the highest of standards.

Developing the London/South Territory and opening new businesses is the key responsibility for the successful candidate and you therefore must be very happy to prospect, be able to demonstrate a proven track record in achieving goals and targets and work on your own initiative.

You need to be of good health and a well groomed appearance. A background in sales within advanced skincare is essential and knowledge of the salon / clinic and medi-spa industry is key in this role. You should have a good standard of written English and be very comfortable with figures. You should have some financial understanding and be commercially aware. You should have good rapport-building, persuasion and negotiation skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.

The details of the position are shown below:

Department Objectives:
• Ensuring all existing and new business accounts are serviced to the highest of standards.

Role Objective:
• To deliver and exceed the company service standards at all times.
• To maximize sales and revenue
• To open new business accounts
• Ensure growth and development of your territory
• To make sure all accounts are serviced to the highest of standards

Key Tasks:
• Achieve and exceed targets set by the management team.
• Develop existing clients/accounts
• Manage all aspects of your territory
• Act as an ambassador of the brand.
• Cold calling on potential new accounts
• Identify and secure new business accounts
• Present and demonstrate the brand to new business leads
• Implement promotional and marketing activity
• Conduct in salon training when required
• Operate an effective and efficient journey plan to ensure more time is spent with clients rather than in the car
• Promote and support the brand at the beauty shows as required
• Service all existing accounts
• Attend promotional days and evenings
• Attend trade shows

Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of the beauty/medical aesthetic industry
• Field sales experience for a cosmeceutical skin care brand.
• 5 years experience in a salon/spa
• Knowledge of market and customers to ensure effective market understanding
• Full UK driving License.

Skills:
• Minimum level 3 in beauty therapy
• Experience of working in salon/spa/clinic
• Planning and Organisation skills
• Punctual/ good time management
• Will be able to identify suitable activities to deliver good results
• Strong administrative skills

Etiquette Skills:
• Natural ability to communicate
• Self motivated
• Computer literate
• Interact well with people
• Communication skills both written and oral

Part Time Book Keeper Required
